I AM BRITISH CITIZEN , MY WIFE HOLDING 2 YEARS SPOUSE VISA EXPIRING 15/09/2012. SHE IS GOING TO APPLY FOR ILR, BUT I AM RECEIVING CB & CTC BECAUSE WE HAVE 1 1/2 YEARS OLD BRITISH BORN BABY (BRITISH CITIZEN) & ALSO WE BOTH ARE WORKING.AND THE FUNDS ARE COMING TO MY ACCOUNT. ON THE APPLICATION FORM CB&CTC ARE SHOWN AS A PUBLIC FUND. WHEN WE APPLY FOR THE VISA WILL IT BE A PROBLEM. AND I WANT TO KNOW IS IT A STRAIGHT FORWARD APPLICATION.

no,you will be fine,you can claim working tax credit that is for sure and it wont affect your wife ,this issued has been treated here b4 google it.
