JUST bit confused about qualification points?

as per guidance policy i am confused about the qualification point i have gt tier 1 general in may 2011 and my previous leave was tier 1 (psw) and i received 30 points for my bachelors hons degree for my tier 1 initial application i just want to know that will i score same points as my initial leave for my extension? but guidance policy says


56. An applicant will be awarded no points
for a Bachelor’s degree if:
(a) his last grant of entry clearance was
as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the
rules in place between 31 March 2009
and 5 April 2010, or
(b) (i) he has had leave to remain as a
Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules
in place between 31 March 2009 and 5
April 2010, and
(ii) his previous entry clearance, leave
to enter or leave to remain before
that leave was not as a Highly Skilled
Migrant, as a Writer, Composer or Artist,
as a Self-employed Lawyer, or as a Tier
1 (General) Migrant.[/color


the highlighted point is confusing me because my previous entry before initial tier 1 general wasn't according to this please if seniors and moderators can help me on this thanks.

you will receive the same point for qualification as you ahd recived in your initial tier 1 application...
