Hi i am planning to apply for HSMP.
i have these doucments ready.

can some one plz tell me if its ok.

I have just given the index page. these are the contents of my applications.


I have finished my MSC computer networks in and presently doing MBA.

so i have kept 3 educational cert:

MSC computer networks - claiming for points for educational qual
MBA - to prove my current student status
BE (india) - To prove my english knowledge along with a letter for university

Brief description of my application, enclosures and the order:

1. Covering letter

2. Application form

3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

4. Age:
Proof:
a. Original Birth Certificate

5. Qualifications:
Proof:
a. Masters (MSc) in Computer Networks Degree Certificate
b. Original Academic Transcript

6. Previous Earnings:
Proof:
a. Past 12 months’ wage slips
b. Income Tax returns
c. Letter from Cromwell College of IT and Management confirming my full-time student status and the attendance report.

7. UK experience
Proof:
a. Original MSc Degree Certificate from Middlesex University (Same enclosed of Educational Qualifications)
b Letter from Middlesex University confirming I have completed my MSc and the course was for more than 1 year
c. Notarised copies of personal details of passport and the pages that indicate I was permitted to study in the UK.

8. English Language Requirement: All my academic certificates are proof of proficiency in English since medium of instruction was English.
Proof:
a. Original Bachelor of Engineering Degree Certificate
b. Letter from ‘University of Madras’ stating the medium of instruction for my Bachelors Degree was English

c. Original Academic Transcript for my Bachelors

9. Job Offer
Proof:
a. Job offer advertisements

BTW, what is the process to get the letter from Madras university that your degree was thought in English?

I am already on hsmp and would need this for my renewal. I plan to travel to chennai in few weeks. Hence your early reply would be much appreciated.
