Freebirds,

If I remember correctly, you sent your application recently,Isn't it?
Is your case, allotted to case worker yet?

I talked to them, and they said, they have huge pile up of application.
For my application, I guess it may take a while to get any update i.e. allocating case worker.

Hi Rbg,

Mine is out-of-country applicaton.
I called them today they said not yet assigned case worker.

They said probably by end of this workweek they may have some update on application (like case worker assigned, etc.)

Thanks everyone.

Nakvis for proof of income I submitted:
- 12 months of payslips. I actually hadn't kept the originals so I had signed electronic print outs on company letter head.
- A letter from my employer confirming earnings to date.
- I had lost my P60 & my company couldn't produce another one so I submitted a P14 which is the equivalent document plus an email from Inland Revenue confirming the information on the P14 is the same as on a P60.
I also submitted 12 months of bank statements.

Hope that helps.

Good luck & good luck to Pam too. I know our applications were all submitted at the same time. I hope you both have good news very soon.

Hi All,

Probably, for the Income proof, there is a lot of subjective evaluation by the case worker.
Hope all get a generous case worker.

That was via email, to the firm processing my HSMP application (who obviously fwd'd it on to me).

I dont want to get too edgy, but I certainly am a tad nervous... Not having a clue as to when I will hear somthing back is killing me too!

I will keep you guys posted...

Good luck to you all

shockboy: I had misplaced all my tax return documents (for both jobs) so had none added  I really dont know what the agency wrote on my forms as an exceptional consideration cos I think it will depend on what they wrote.

I applied for both the initial and FLR at the same time cos my visa was/is due to expire tomorrow  so yeah I was applying for the for FLR(HSMP) be4 I had an approval. It was a risk I had to take considering the time I had left to stay in the country.

Do NOT call tomorrow. Wait at least 3 or 4 days. I dont think you want to be regarded as a pest. And besides, knowing your ref # a day earlier isn't going to help too much, as with the backlog they will still take even more time to process your paperwork and give you a decision. I know waiting in suspense sucks (I too am waiting for a decision!), but thats what we have to do right now at this point.

Hi blueteam,
My application reached HO office on 29th. But no reference number yet.
I called them so many times , at last some body picked up and they gave me my payment reference number . He told me that reference number is not generated yet.

I have some additional docs to be sent , so I asked him whether I can send those docs using payment reference number . He told it is fine.

HI GUYS,

does anyone have any idea how long it takes for review after 5th Dec ? Also, need advice on the review procedure. I had problems with one of my salary slips and bank statement as they were not matching. Can I inform HO to exempt this salary slip and calculate earning for the remaining months as it will meet my requirements. Will they consider this in the review ?

Regards
