HSMP - TIER 1 (General) - ILR

Is it compulsory to provide employer letter and P60 for ILR application?

It's not even a requirement to be employed so how can you expect there to be a requirement to have a letter from an employer and a P60? Furthermore, self-employed applicants would not have access to a P60 You should read the rules and guidance on how to score points for settlement.

You are right but I noticed some applicants in the same category mentioned the caseworker requested for it

Yes, but what has that got to do with you? You are a completely different individual with your own individual circumstances.
