I would like to know if a fresh PBS certificate application can be made for an existing Tier 2 Long Term ICT visa, where job code details and salary are incorrectly mentioned ?

By PBS certificate, do you mean the Cos or certificate of Sponsorship? If there is a mistake in the Job Code, fresh certificate would need to be issued. This is fast if your sponsor already has an allocation to sponsor a migrant, else, your sponsor will have to approach ukba again for an increased allocation(at the moment there is no standard time of approval for the same). Hope this clarifies your query.
