English requirement for dependant

Hi,

I have been in the UK on Tier-1 since October 2007 and planning to apply for my ILR using SET(O) soon. I married last year and my wife joined me in UK since last one year. My questions are,

1. Can I include my wife on my application form for her ILR?
2. If not, which form shall be used to extend her stay in UK? Can she apply at the same time with me?
3. Does she need pass IELTS test or doest ‘Life in the UK’ is considered valid for dependants?
