I have come to know that if company will not get COS with in six month of job advertisement, then they do need to RLMT again,
Is it like they have to make a fresh application as well?
if they have to do RLMT,Can they do before six month finishes, i mean in fifth month?
when an employee has to apply for visa on basis of COS, does Six month rule apply on that as well
