I think analogy is wrong here. You have to follow the rules of the day when you make the application. LIUK is only acceptable until October 2013 after that every one applying for settlement has to pass the test equal to B1.panther80 wrote:Well that shouldn't be a problem. the LiUK test can be taken any time and has got no expiry.
Even if the new version is introduced, the previous test results should be valid.
It's like Driving Test, you have new things introduced in the tests, but that doesn't mean people who have already passed the tests previously are supposed to re-take the new test.
