UK Degree Question

Post by hsmp07 » Tue Jan 09, 2007 11:45 am

Hello, I have an Masters degree from a UK university, and Iam planning to claim points for uk degree. The evidence that is required is

A letter from UK institution stating that:

· You achieved a qualification at UK degree level or above
· The degree involved study for at least one full academic year or three
continuous terms making up one full year
· This was during the previous five years

My masters degree was of one full academic year, and it started in October 2001 and ended in Nov 2002. My question is about the last point whether my degree will be considered as being obtained in the last five years or not. Will the case worker look at the starting date or the end date of my degree. Please give your valuable suggestions.
