ILR for my dependents

Post by lalitswain » Mon Sep 10, 2012 11:00 am

Hi,

I am in UK with Tier 1 general and my PR(ILR) is due in July 2013.

My wife and my daughter are also here is UK with tier 1 dependent visa.

can also they apply for ILR with me ?

Do they need to complete 5 years in UK to get the ILR?

- Apply for your ILR
- Once you have your ILR, get FLR for your wife and daughter
- Once they have done two years all together including time as your dependent in other VISA categories i.e. Teir 1 dependent, they can get ILR as well.

I am not sure if your daughter would require FLR or whether she can straight away get and ILR with you.
