Set (O) ILR with Self-Employed using PEO

Dear All,

I am planning to apply for ILR next month with PEO. Is it permitted to apply through PEO for ILR using self-employed, and if yes, which of the offices.

I am in the process of booking appointment but not sure if Self-employed application can get same day decision.
