Hi i am making my application for HSMP from UK( within UK)

The form askes for

"Country of current legal residence'

is the ans UK or INDIA

pls guide me

UK if your stay in UK is legal and you have papers to back it up just incase

Krssubbu, what is the basis of your current stay in the UK? That is, what type of visa do you have?

If a "mere" Visitor Visa then you are not resident in the UK, and India would be your correct answer to the question you mention.

I think you should write in .... UK! You are clearly here in the UK legally and not just as a visitor. This is certain your place of "current legal residence".
