ILR approved at Croyodon 17/09/2012

Post by rsc029 » Sun Sep 09, 2012 10:10 pm

Just have few queries regarding my ILR application.

i am applying for 2 HSMP + 3 Tier

As I am applying in person for ILR and payment will be made in person so do I still have to fill the payment page in form?

Number of days outside the UK are 145 so I am ok with 180 day limit just wondering do I need a letter from employer for this (I don’t think but maybe senior please advise on this.)

Few questions about set(o) form
1. Section 9 -A5 – here earning is before tax and NI deduction or after tax tax and NI deductions
2. Section 9- C – here age should be when I applied for HSMP or Tier 1(or I can use the Tier 1 approval letter's point)

Documents submitting
1. Passport (photocopies of all pages)
2. 12 month pay slips (photocopies as well)
3. 12 month bank statements (photocopies as well)
4. Life in UK pass certificate (photocopy as well)
5. Letter from employer that I am full time employee (photocopy as well).
6. P60 of last five years (photocopies as well).
7. Tier 1 approval letter (photocopy as well).
8. Initial HSMP approval letter (photocopy as well).
9. Appointment booking email printout

Carrying some additional documents for just in case
1. Council tax letter
2. Saving bank account statements (to show that fund is available to support my self)

Please correct me if i am missing something here.

Thanks in Advance.

Just in case,
Have you claimed any business income ?
May be your work permit letter issued by HO initially.

I hope other friends will come over here with their experience and knowledge.
Wish you all the best !!

HSMP + Tier1 looks to me a simple case.

Hello innocentdevil,

I am preparing for the ILR as well, same situation as yours. Following is my answer, but some I don't know. I don't think you miss any documents if you apply for yourself.

Good luck!

Congratulation rsc029, It looks like you got the ILR!!

Did your letter from employer states that you are still required by company?

Congratulations rsc029. You have applied on basis of hsmp+tier1 so why you thought Letter from employer confirming full time employee is required. I am on the same route and will apply for ILR but I did not find anywhere that letter from employer is a requirement.

No it's just a normal letter saying that I am full time employee that's all nothing else.
