FLR through Tier 1 from 2007 till now.
Same employer through out.
Have 2 dependants who are now at Uni and above 18.
Booked three appointments (through phone) which were 30 mins apart
3 tickets issued.
3 individual interviews but by same person.
3 different biometrics session.
Compiled the following documents with photocopies:
Main applicant:
1) Application Form Set (O)
2) Absence Sheet
3) Covering letter
4) Photographs x2
5) Passports (Current & expired)
6) Self Assessment Summary
7) Employer’s letter confirming employment and absence days
8 ) Life in the UK pass notification
9) Bank statements for last 12 months
10) Payslips (last 12 months) in main file
11) Increment letters from employer
12) University Certs (eventhough not required as claimed during FLR)
13) P60 for all 5 years
14) Employment contract
15) Council Tax (2011 – 2013)
16) All other bank statements including ISAs since arrival in the UK
17) Landlord’s letter
18 ) Tenancy Agreement
19) Voter registration form
20) Poll card
21) Utility statements
22) TV Licences
What was required from Main Applicant:

For the over 18 dependents:

5) Passports (Current & expired)
6) Letter from me to say that I am fully providing for them
7) Life in the UK pass notification
8 ) Birth Certs
9) Bank statements for last 5 years
10) University Letter to confirm enrolment and address
11) All bank statements to confirm address and that I am fully funding them (just under 5 year’s)
12) Voter registration form
13) Poll card
What was required from the dependents:
1) Application Form Set (O)
2) Photographs x2
3) Passports (Current & expired)
4) 3 forms of documents to proof address with 1 from early last year
Very friendly people and kept us updated at all times when there was a system issue.
Waiting for the BRPs now.
