Marriage under 6 months left, urgent question!!!!

I got a question and I really appreciate your help on this.

I am a British Citizen and plan to get married to my gf who has less than 4 months left on her 1 year student visa,is this a problem?

There is no bar on your getting married: check your local register office for requirements on giving notice and making an appointment.

If you intend to live together in the UK after you are married, you need to consider whether you meet the requirements under Appendix FM of the Immigraition Rules.
