HSMP Visa Covering Letter

Hi,

I am currently working in the UK since a year now on work permit. Fortunately now qualify for the HSMP visa.

I would just like to know what exactly do I write in my covering letter.

If someone has any template if you can please email me I would much appreciate that.

I am only posting this as a point of reference. It seems to be a letter covering the previous set of points requirements. I am only posting it here as a potential starting point/reference for you. I am also not sure that the address details listed in the letter are correct either.

Hi

I'm just a little bit curious on why you want to switch to HSMP when you can ask your employer to extend your WP(if it is about to expire). And since you have been working for a year as a WP holder then you ILR clock will reset if you switch to HSMP. I am just asking this because you might not just be aware of that.

Please get your facts right jbinuk, ILR clock does not get reset by a WP->HSMP switch.

I apologise for the misinformation..it was switching from dependant to HSMP that was in my mind.
