Re Earnings for ILR (Salary date)

Hi,

I'll be applying for my ILR on 15th October 2012.

I've considered 11 months of earnings from October 2011 to August 2012.

Can somebody clarify that the rule of any consecutive 12 months of the 15 months before the date of application is applicable for ILR.

Also I'm considering only consecutive 11 months within that 15 months prior to my ilr application.

Please let em know I'm fine with this.
