FLR or ILR for my depandent

I am going to apply for SET(O) but my wife doesn't finish two years stay in U.K. Also, her visa short by 1 month in two years as my dependent.
My question is does she can apply settlement with my application on same day service. or I need to apply seperate for FLR (M) for her
