UKBA will implement the appeal in around 3 months from the date of winning your appeal.They will write to you asking for your passport so they can give you status.

For those who have been waiting for more than 3 months for UKBA to implement the appeal contact the team that is holding your passport most likely the local enforcement and ask them to implement the appeal.

You could also contact the team that refused your application and ask them to implement the ruling.If you have no luck contact your mp tell him or her how you are suffering as you can't work etc etc and ask him/her to find out from UKBA why it is taking months for them to give you status documents.

@samdeco03
nuh called the Post Office, i don't think that they have anything to do with appeals or Immigration. I'm just waiting for Mid Oct as the UKBA confirmed with the Ombudsman that they will determine my case by Mid Oct and also my MP has written to em' last week so am tight at the moment for these for weeks. Gan ask my solicitor to drop em' a reminder next week too. Good luk wit yaz.

Hey Samdeco03, go to www.writetothem.com and find out who your MP is from that website. You can write to them or call them. Hope this helps.
