Hi lookily,

Sorry to hear about ur refusal, could you please answer the following question than i would try to answer ur post with the best of my knowledge.

1- When you applied on EU3 , did u got ur retention of ur residence card 4EUFam ?

2- How long department took to make ur decision ?

3- On how many occasions did they asked u further documents to submit ?

4- Did they particularly asked u for ur ex-wife payslips ?

5- What country is ur wife from & in what country did u got divorced ?

6- On what grounds they refused ur application ? What is the main reason ?

7- Did they gave u the right of appeal ?

If you answer these questions i would get back to u ASAP.

Hi Kim,

I was talking to lookily lately and here is the answers:

DOJ took 6 months to make his decision

Yes he got the right of appeal on form EU4

they asked him twice for further docs.

Yes the asked for his ex payslips

ground was his ex wasn't working for a very long time.

he didn't got retention, he straight ahead applied on form EU3.

Could you please answer the same question that u have asked & share your situation / experience
