Help Me: Aug'05 Applicant still waiting for RESULT.

Post by neelima_in » Fri Jan 12, 2007 7:42 am

Hi Friends,

I am HSMP Applicant from India. I have approached one consultant and he applied HSMP in the year of August'05. Every time when I am meeting consultant, he is telling me some reasons for the delay and asking me to wait for few more days for the result.

MY DOUBT is " IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ONE APPLICATION CAN TAKE AROUND 18 MONTHS, FOR INITIAL APPROVAL OR MY CONSULTANT IS CHEATING ME :?: ????????? "

Meanwhile there is no query from Home Dept. regarding my Application.

PLS HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.

THANKS
GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Contact the Home Office, I would think it extremely unlikely a case could ever take that long.

Hi,

I would say ask your Consultant for "Reference No" of your Application..

Then call up HO with that Ref. no..

your waiting time is very very looong. Contact HO and check what has happened all this time. It could be that a decision has been made and your solicitor has not informed you...

ASK YOUR CONSULTANT

Post by cagrawal » Fri Jan 12, 2007 11:55 am

Hi,

Ask your consultant. Under no circumstances the application will be delayed for so long. If you get the reference number from your consultnat, contact HO. You know what, you can even contact HO without your reference number as well.
I have found the people in HO contact centre to be VERY friendly and they listen to you. You can tell them your status and they should be able to pull your file based on your first name, surname and DOB.

Best of luck,
Chandan

for your valuable suggestion. I will ask for Ref. No. and will contact HO.
