but it says Number of people attending: 1
i am applicant.
what does this mean?
my wife can not go with me???

9. Acknowledgement letter received: 10-04-12
10. Biometric letter received: 28/05/2012 - for my set O application.
13/04/2012 for my Wife's FLR application
11. Date of biometrics Enrollment:
28/05/2012 - for my application
19/04/2012 - for my wife FLR application
12. Date of approval: 13/09/2012 for my application
No news of my Wife's FLR application
13. Date of return of passport and other documents: 18/09/2012

Even though the long wait is over for me after close to 25 weeks. We do not have any clue on my Wife's FLR(M) application. The documents have been returned and letter stated on my visa approval. there is no information on the dependant applicaiton.

Solicitor informed that HO would contact me / them to resend the documents for my wife again. Or they might send approval letter and BRP later on.....

No place to enquire.

Only option is to call up Home office after September 30th when it is 6 months and ask them the status.......

I am not sure any one else can provide this service.

My colleague went for PEO last week and all it took was 15 minutes to approve ILR for him and his dependant............

What do they do for 5 - 6 months with our application!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been a frustrating wait, but the help this forum has provided has been exceptional. I contacted my local MP about 1 month ago, so may be that helped.

I decided to go postal because of my 102 days continuity break, and didnt want to be in a position of having to apply for tier1 extension within a day or 2 if my ilr was rejected in an in-person appointment. Postal looked like a safe option according to my solicitor, fortunately it worked, inspite of the stress.

Can you add my dates to the list of June applicants? I applied on the 6th of June, via the Cambridge Settlement Checking Service. Got a biometrics letter on the 6th of August and had them taken the same day. Since then, nothing.

This is really good news for you Mariyeh. You must be over the moon! I applied about 2 weeks after you so it's reassuring to know that they haven't forgotten about the Feb/March applicants.

Just a quick update about my ILR-SET-O applciation.

I called the UKBA on the pretext of possibly losing my biometrics letter in the post, asking if they had issued it.

the advisor asked me the date of my acknowledgement letter. When I told him it was 2nd of Aug, he said wait for 2 weeks and if the biometrics letter is still not recieved then contact them again.

I guess they do have visibility of some sort of queue for the apps, just that some advisors are helpful about it others just cant be bothered to offer any help or advise.

did you get those timelines and pending application count from UKBA freedom of information or from the forum entries?

If its from UKBA FoI, its a really sad state of affairs if they cant process applications which are counted in single digit for 6 months
