No this list i compiled from this forum users. On their stastics at UKBA they dont show howmany application are pending. However they show every three months how many has been processed. They process approx 3500 application in three months time from april to August period.
pareshchop wrote:@sheford

did you get those timelines and pending application count from UKBA freedom of information or from the forum entries?

If its from UKBA FoI, its a really sad state of affairs if they cant process applications which are counted in single digit for 6 months

pareshchop wrote:Just a quick update about my ILR-SET-O applciation.

I called the UKBA on the pretext of possibly losing my biometrics letter in the post, asking if they had issued it.

the advisor asked me the date of my acknowledgement letter. When I told him it was 2nd of Aug, he said wait for 2 weeks and if the biometrics letter is still not recieved then contact them again.

I guess they do have visibility of some sort of queue for the apps, just that some advisors are helpful about it others just cant be bothered to offer any help or advise.

Good luck to all who are wiating with me :)
Good one! I also recvd ack letter 2nd Aug so I will wait for 2 weeks as well. I did call them few days back and that lady was quite helpful when she said no letters have been dispatched and I should wait for sometime. She didn't tell me how long but I will take it as 1-2 weeks.

Hi! Sheford,

Nice work on the excel file. However, my application date still remains wrong. My application date is 16 / 06 /12 and not 26 / 06 /12. Could you kindly update it ?

And as suggested by JeanR, shall we do a thread just for the JUNE applications like others have done.

Thanks

never received any confirmation letter.
received a letter for BRP registration (was a part of my ILR application) with
a case reference number in early days of June which I submitted in the same day.
it's now mid September & I haven't received anything.(6 months).

I tried calling UKBA today, and a recorded message says they cannot provide any information on applications made in the past 6 months and hangs up!

this is disgusting.. :x
Call them on 0870 606 7766 and then option Press 4 and then 2.

My 6 Months going to be at the end of this week :(
thanks for the tips,I called this number but gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes, will try again tomorrow.
You got to wait atleast 30 Minuts before they answer the phone and best time is to call between 1400 and 1500 ...
I managed to talk to ukba after waiting 25 minutes on phone, the advisor said the only thing they can tell me is that they have my application and that my application is correct. :x
it's now 6 months and 1 week since I applied..

Hi 19eggs,

Thanks for your msg.Sorry I prepared the excel file from the list which is available in some threads.I realized some of the info is not correct.

I think this excel update file is useful for not only June application but also for present and previous application and one can see all applications delay in one go.

Please do let me know if anything is not correct and i will update it as soon as i can.

ILR Set O status:

cheers,

It's been over 6 months for us now. I am a British national and my wife is from South Korea. No Dependants.

06/03/2012 - Applied SET(M) through postal checking service (used newest form few days after it came out so no problems there)
14/03/2012 - Letter of receipt arrived and cheque paid out of bank shortly after
18/04/2012 - Biometric letter arrive
27/04/2012 - Biometrics done at post office
21/09/2012 - Rang UKBA - they confirmed nothing has been sent out yet so we just need to keep waiting.

Apparently we can write to the office in Liverpool to check progress? I'm not sure it's worth it though. The delay is disappointing as my wife is pregnant and was considering the option of going to Korea for a few months to deliver with her family nearby however it looks like this will now be impossible.

Hope it arrives soon.
