Hi all
could anyone tell me about this

The directors loan agreement must show whether it is secured or unsecured and subordinated in favour of thrid party creditors

I invested in my business on my own and there is no thrid parties involvement. What i should include in the directors loan agreemnet regarding SUBORDINATED IN FAVOUR OF THIRD PARTY CREDITORS
