hmrc and company house issue

I'm on psw visa which will expire soon. i'm planning to set up a business as a recruitment agency and my position will be business development manager/career adviser. can i apply?

also, i've registered with hmrc as self employed recently but i havn't received latest tax bill or any confirmation letter. can i apply with that? do i hav to register with the company house before i apply?

It is easy to set up a company and be a director of that company than being self-employed.

Either for a Ltd company and send current appointment report or Self employed with HMRC is fine as well. Online print of registration will be enough.
