documents and application for 2 dependents

Hello,

I am in UK on Tier1 General since 1.5 yrs. I am planning to apply dependent visas for my wife and 1 yr kid in INDIA. So my question is:

Do I need to send
2 individual Sponser letters for two dependents?
2 cover letter form individual dependents (applicants)??
2 sets of my documents (Bank statements etc....)???
fill up 2 online application form??

I am in same situation right now. Did you applied with 2 online application. Form and one set of rest of docs.
