Conversion of unsuccessful HSMP(FLR) to student visa

Post by alex2000 » Sat Jan 13, 2007 9:52 am

Could someone advise on how feasible it is for an unsuccessful HSMP extension applicant to explore the Student visa option to remain in the UK.

Cheers

In theory there is nothing deter you to do that but prepare the satisfactiry answer to convince the HO that " You are willing to go home after studying" (this is the student visa for)

In your case it is quite difficult (but still possible) because HMSP lis the route leading to settelement.

Yea Pentaiema is right

There was a chance if an applicant made a self assesment and if it was diff to qualify. he should have get himself admitted in College/ University and applied for Student Visa instead of FLR _HSMP.
