I am thinking of doing my masters in Canada , and wondering will completing a master course in Canada will qualify me to hold a PR in Canada ?

Hi,

Yes, it will. After completing your course, then you might apply for a Provincial Nominee Program. Latest I heard, in Ontario you won't need a job offer to do so.
