PEO appointment not visible in My Accounts

Hi,

I booked Tier 1 PEO appointment last week, got the confirmation mail but this is not visible in MY Account at UKBA site. The message is:

"You do not currently have any transactions. You should not book an appointment unless you have already submitted an application and you have been informed that your service requires an appointment."

How do I modify/ cancel my appointment.
