i hope someone will reply to my questions. i need to send my application by post coz my visa fiancee visa will expire in 2 months.

who should sign in section 13 of the form about the 3rd party?giving consent to UKBA for verification checks? my spouse or our co-sponsor?

and will they accept visa card to pay the visa fee coz it says in d payment guidance notes they will only accept maestro cards for those applying by post? i can't find a link to pay online :(

pls someone help me with my questions.
