When can i take Life in the UK test

How long before my ILR application can i take the life in the UK test? A friend told me it within the last three months of your ILR due date - Is this true?

I dont think so.

Life in uk does not have an expiry date!

You can take the test as soon as you feel you're ready. Don't lose the pass certificate!
