I have found out the best way to find good solicitors is to pick about 10 of so numbers from your local area immigration solicitors. Send brief emails to all of them explaining your current circumstances including all relevant facts.

Make sure your include your telephone number and email. Most of will call back with thorough advice and likelihood of the success of your application and the fees they charge.

Then from that you make up your mind on who to go with. According to how they come across with regards of how they fare in honesty, fees, caring, how long they have been around etc. You can also Google their name and see the review which they get online. This is how i managed to find one.

Please beware, see http://www.facebook.com/UKVisaAdvice

check reviews before parting with cash
check http://oisc.homeoffice.gov.uk/how_to_fi ... n_adviser/

But this in itself is no guarantee that you won't be fleeced, as was I by UK Visa and Immigration who have now lost OISC accreditation
