Tier 2 ICT - long term visa extension

My enrty level visa was Tier2 ICT Estalibshed staff in july 2011.
I went back to india in Dec 2012 & came back in May 2011.
Then later my visa got extended as tier 2 ICT - long term from july 2011 to july 2013.

I want to know whether my visa can be extended in tier 2 ICT category or i will be applicable for cooling off period.
I have gone through visa documents but i am confused after reading it.

My current gross salary per annum is 31000 £.[/b]
