Could someone please guide me in the right direction. I applied for tier 2 change in employment after 2 years. Now this time am I going to get 2 years of visa or 3 years with my new employer.
Second question is I made my application on 1st August and I had a dependant and my agent paid wrong application fee we did biometric on 20th August and still haven't receive anything. I did get a letter from Homeoffice stating that you dependants application is invalid due to an error or omission and asked me to pay the correct application fee which I did today my printing new payment slip by debit card.
I want to know does my dependant have to do his biometric again ?
