Very URGENT - PBS Form validity 30th Sept 2012 - New form

Hi All,
I am all done with documentation and form filling and posting my documents on 1st October 2012. I just saw the website that the form for PBS Dependent which I have filled is valid till 30th Sept and there is a new policy valid from 1st October. Will this apply to me ? But, there is no new form though?

Please help

The new form should be available on the morning of 01-Oct. That said, you are fine with using the form you have used until 21-Oct-12.

Its just the hyperlink text is misleading. Should I take a print out on this new one ? How can anybody know if he/she does not visit the website and is about to submit like me on Monday ? This is UTTER confusion !

They have clearly written this on the form -

In accordance with paragraph 34 of the Immigration Rules, this form is
specified for applications made on or after 1 October 2012. Please check on
the website at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk that this is the current form for
use on the date that you apply.

Please suggest what should I do ?

I am having a PEO on Monday 01st Oct.

I have already filled the application form given at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... l-form.pdf (The site says: valid until 30 Sept 2012)

On Friday 28th September they uploaded new form at http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... -form1.pdf (The site says: valid from 1 October 2012)

Where did you get the information that the form given in the first link above can be used until 21-Oct-12?

Does anyone has any update on this query. I have a PEO on Friday and I am all done with filling the forms and getting the documentation ready. The website now shows two forms and mentions one to be valid from 01 october.

As far as I remember, in the past whenever the forms have been changed UKBA has informed well in advance by giving notifications on there site. Not sure why this wasnt announced earlier.

I used the old form today. No issues for me - extension granted.
But in your case, the appointment is for Friday which is a week after they published the new form in the web site. So better use the new form.

I posted it on 29/9. So, no issues now as Royal Mail's stamp will show 29/9 and it has reached today.
