It all depends on letter handed given by the case worker .. If given an appeal and you choose to then you could go n appeal..

But if you still have period of stay in your visa , you could always reapply .

national insurence payment class 2

Post by Johnwoo » Thu Sep 20, 2012 10:53 am

Hi,
I worked from Nov 2011 till now. I have received bill from Oct 11 to Apr 12.
My question is that although i worked from november...i was registered as self employed from July 2011.

So, should i pay this bill or ask them to send me fro July 2011???

Once you pay. Do you know how long they take to issue receipt.

Yes. As the name suggests, it is an "allowance" - paid as part of your salary for working in London.

NINO on pay slip

Post by Johnwoo » Tue Oct 02, 2012 11:11 am

Hi,
i dont get pay slips so my emplyer has done print out of pay slips. They are on headed paper and signed. HOWEVER; they dont show my nino! as it is print screen!! I have asked them for new one but they are stubborn and not giving me.

Do you think pay slip without nino will be accpetable?
