BC for wife

Post by emarketeruk » Sun Sep 30, 2012 7:40 pm

hello, i have a quick question. I am in the process of Naturalisation after ILR . As soon as i attend the ceremony, can my wife apply for her Naturalisation as a spouce of BC under 3 year rule (as she is already holding ILR)? or, do i have to get the british passport first? Also i hope if she applies through NCS, they will take a copy of my naturalisation certificate & return it back to her as i would need it to apply for my BC?

appreciate your advice
Thanks

All the required documents for naturalisation will only be photocopied and the originals will be given back to you upfront. That's the advantage of submitting your application through NCS.
