Good luck! Hope you get your visa soon. I was wondering if you could help me with the job description. What's your job title? Also, did you put your company seal on your job description letter?

You have plenty of time to apply. As long as you have 3 months maintenance you will be fine. Obviously you need to have 50K or 200K as applicable for investment. Company registration only takes a few hours but you will have to get atleast one business contract after that which might take time.

Trading contracts/Business motive

Post by Jyde0608 » Wed Oct 03, 2012 12:37 pm

Good day everyone, I need an advice on trading contract which must be shown while applying for the tier 1 visa,my application is due to be sent in 6 weeks and I still struggle to get a contract, please what could be used or how can I get one within this short period.

I have also registered a HR firm that intends to run like a consultancy for training and essential organisation needs, however, I read a thread on this site which said the home office will not accept such company, kindly advice ASAP.

Thanks

You'll have to show at least one contract. You'll have to get one, no matter what.

Invoice + business bank statement that shows the transaction..should be sufficient. However, if you show the contract agreement between your company and your client, it will be better. You can find a sample agreement online, edit it as per your needs..put your company details in and also put your client details in and then sign it yourself and get your client to sign it as well.
