Manitenance Funds Query

Hi Guys,

Apologies if this has been asked before. I just want to make sure that I have understood policy guidance correctly

I will be applying for Tier 1 General extension in Jan so I have started to maintan funds from today. I will be applying for myself and 2 dependants.

Since I have been in the UK for more than 12 months but my dependants are only in UK for only 4 months. Now my understanding is if you are in UK for than 12 months then you will need to maintain £900 for main applicant and £600 for each dependant. It doesn’t matter for how long each dependant have been in the UK as long as main applicant is in Uk for than 12 months, the funds for dependant would be £600

So in my case it would be:

Main Applicant = £900
Dependants X 2 = £1200
Total = £2100 for 90 days.

Please Let me know if this is correct
