ILR Application - is Tier 1 approval letter mandatory

ILR Application - is Tier 1 approval letter mandatory

I am about to apply in person for PEO Appointment for ILR. I have my original HSMP Approval Letter, but not the Tier 1 approval one. I don't even remember if I got a Tier 1 Approval Letter!

Is it necessary to have that for ILR?
