ILR with 1 dep SET(O) Appt Swap

Hello,

I have a SET(O) ILR appointment with 1 dependant on 15 Oct at Cardiff(11.30 am), which I cannot attend, and I am looking for an appointment on 8th/9th instead at Croydon/Liverpool/Sheffield.
