Country code (Q 28) and income band (Q 31)

I am confused of what i should enter in the question 28 (country code) and question 31(income band).

i am not able to find country code in the guidance notes

I am from india and it is BAND D countries.

Any help would be really be helpfull.

same with me. i am just gonna write Q28 - A (UK) and Q31 - A.

if you work in India, it is band D.

under band D there are 7 levells of income starting with 3000+ up to 7000+ GBP equivalent earnings...

so you can say it is band D for q28 and say band 6 for q31 (meaning you have an equivalent of 6,600+ gbp/annum

If some one earns exact 35000, then does it come under 35000+ or 34000+

on the 35000+ band. this means that salary from 35000 up to 39999

the 34000+ band means 34000 up to 34999.
