payslips - contractor

Post by zak521 » Thu Oct 04, 2012 2:29 pm

Hi,

I have some questions on payslips for my ILR. Working as a contractor, received my payslips from accountant on plain paper (no letterhead). Got a letter from accountant with all details (payslip details/tax/NI/dividend) and signed by him.
My question is do I need to sign my payslips as a director and stamp it with company seal?

Also do I need to sign my dividend vouchers printed on my company letterhead?

Could someone please clarify my doubts.

Hi - have the same doubt, how did you resolve this? What happened with your ILR?

Thanks!
