Tier 1 (G) biometric not recived

Hi All,
I applied for my Tier 1 (G) extension on 13th Sep. I got my acknowledgement letter on 17 sep. However, since 17 sep i didn't received my biometric registration request as it over 2 weeks now. I heard every1 get their biometric within 2 weeks.

Can anyone tell me how take is long to recived my biometrics? or should i find out with HO?

Please let me know if any one have any clue
