Premium Service - what will be the date of issue of leave

Hi all,

Can I please know the procedure on the same day appointment system?
I need a slight clarification on the premium visa service that is available. I'd like to know the following,

Let's say if the visa is expiring on the 31st of the month.

And you have an appointment on the 25th of the month. Presumably, if the UKBA approves the visa on the same day. So, will they approve the new visa from the 25th, 26th, 31st or the 1st.

And, let's say if they approve the visa on the next day which will be the 26th in this case, so will they approve the new visa from the 26th onwards or 31st or the 1st.

A quick reply will be highly appreciated.

It entirely depends on your case worker and he is well within his rights to give any of these dates.

As per my experience.if you are applying within 3 months of your expiry you are like to get the extn from the expiry of your current visa.
