Hello manci/All,

I have a confusion and would be grateful if you can clarify.

I am planning to move from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General. This means i will leave my current organisation after i get Tier 2 General COS in UK. Once i get the COS i am planning to go to my home country, apply for Visa and come back to Uk under Tier 2 General. There will be maximum of 2 months (to serve my notice period) to less than 90 days duration before which i will return to UK. Will the break i am taking will affect my ILR that i am eligible next year.
