Can someone please advise me when I should apply for ILR

First Visa (Tier 1 (G)) stamp start date - 04/11/2009 (3 years visa)
First entry date - 04/02/2010 (delayed traveled - 3 months) in days 91 days

Tier 1 visa expiry date - 04/11/2012

Now, I am going to get second extension for 2 years up to 04/11/2014.

Should I apply as per 28 days before first entry to UK or i should need another extension ?

Any help will really appreciated.

Thanks

No one can tell you today what the policy may be in 2015.
So, concentrate on your extension.

Thanks for help !! . Just keen to know about if my delayed travel 3 months (in days 91 days) cause problem to ILR eligibility or not. if rules are same. Second, if I will go by post does it help me to fill the 3 months gap.

If you go by post, I am not sure about filling the 3 months gap but definately it will take minimum of 2 months to complete the process.
