New Born Child Visa?

Hi everyone,

i just want to confirm as i have read in few of the posts , i am under Tier 1 General and my 1st extension is due on April 2013 and we are expecting a Child in end of Feb

so as i heard , if i don't get any Visa for my child (as i do not have any plans to travel untill i get ILR after 2 years) , is there any problem with it ?
