ILR final checklist (HSMP 2Yrs + Tier 1 3Yrs)

Dear All

I will apply for my ILR end of this month. I have created following document list, Could you please kinldy look and advise if anything is missing. I am single applicant and my wife apply for FLR(M) after one week.

Main Documents:

1. PEO appointment booking letter
2. SET(o) form
3. Photos
4. Original passport
5. Life in the UK test results
6. Tier 1 approval letter
7. HSMP approval letter
8. 12 Month payslips.
9. last 5 years P60 ( 1 year missing)
10. Last 5 year Employment history letter from HM revenue
11. Letter from employer.(shows 12 months net and gross salary)
12. Bank statments (last 12 month)
**** PHOTO copy of Everything ****

Back up documents:

1. Last 5 year payslips
2. Last 2 years bank statment.
3. P45
4. MSc certificate
5. Council tax docs.
6. Driving licence.
7. Home tenancy agreement.

I was away from country 132 days,so not carry any letter from employer.

Could you pleae confirm above list is enough or Do i need any additional documents?

No She is not Dr or Dentist. But She has not completed her 2 years in UK yet. So She will apply on FLR (M). To be safe side I booked her appointment 1 week later then mine.

Read Dependants of ILR (economic, 5 year route) applicants.

For any further queries that you may have regarding your wife's extension, please post in in this topic.
